EFCC arrests Abia big boy ,Nwanta Anayoeze over alleged $8.5m U.S bank fraud

The Port Harcourt zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Tuesday, June 30, arrested Onwuzuruike Kingsley Ikenna (a.k.aNwanta  Anayoeze Yonaracha) over allegedly internet fraud.  

Kingsley otherwise called Jeff Sikora paraded himself as President/Chief Executive Officer of United States-based Prime Trust Credit Union Bank. 

He was summoned before Justice A.T. Mohammed of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on an eight tally charge verging on intrigue, pantomime, fraud, forgery and acquiring cash by misrepresentation as much as $8,502,000.00.  

The offense repudiates Section (1) (an) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offenses Act, 2006 and culpable under Section 1 (3) of a similar Act. 

Ikenna's specialty is Business Email Compromise (BEC) and identity fraud. His victim allegedly  include United States bank. Properties connected to the suspects incorporate a mansion, a gas station and 9 units of three room condos, all in Umuahia, Abia State and a palatial cottage in his town.
